Some good shows lined up this weekend for those of you in the Denver/Boulder area. Wonder if any of the venues will have the Rocks games on as well (not that it will matter if we can’t pull it out Saturday night…)

Friday night at the Ogden is Panther opening for Architecture in Helsinki. I have never seen the AiH Aussies but I have heard that they put on a pretty interesting show. Saturday night Denver natives DeVotchka are throwing their annual Day of the Dead Halloween Gala at the Fillmore. I really want to go to this show, but they say you are supposed to wear “formal costumes” and I’m not quite sure how well I could pull that off… Finally on Sunday night Menomena and The Shaky Hands finish off the weekend with a bang at the Fox Theater. I’ve seen Menomena twice this year and they put on a great show. Make sure and check em all out…
