Kevin Drew, member of the Canadian super group Broken Social Scene has crafted a solo album entitled Broken Social Scene Presents Kevin Drew – Sprit Is. The album will drop on September 18th on BSS’ same label Arts & Crafts. I love everything about BSS (except for the fact that I missed em at Lolla last year and they were apparently the “best performance of the festival”, thanks Blackbird…) and this solo album kicks a lot of ass. Apparently this project is the first in a series of “Broken Social Scene Presents…” projects featuring members of the band.
