The long awaited return of FAB has arrived and this week’s band is a good one.

Pela is 4 guys from New York and Cali that are now based in Brooklyn. Claiming The Replacements, The Pixies, Wilco and The Hold Steady as a few of their inspirations, Pela has toured the country relentlessly over the last 2-3 years. They have shared with the stage with The Flaming Lips, Norah Jones, Missions of Burma, The National and the Decemberists among others.

The band has have previously released 2 EP’s, All in Time on Brassland in 2005, which received rave reviews, and in fall 2006 self-released an iTunes-only EP, Exit Columbia Street. Pela will be touring the world in support of their new album, Anytown Graffiti. Pick up a copy this weekend.
